Welcome to the MEMAO Token Deployment Platform (“MEMAO”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Nature of the Service

MEMAO is a non-custodial blockchain deployment tool.
The Platform enables users to deploy tokens on supported blockchains after providing payment in cryptocurrency or fiat (via third-party payment processors such as PayPal).

Important Clarifications

  • MEMAO does not provide investment services or financial advice.
  • MEMAO does not act as a broker, exchange, wallet, fund manager, intermediary, or custodian.
  • All token creation is at the user’s direction. Users retain full control of their wallet; we do not store private keys or wallet credentials.
  • The Platform does not guarantee token value, market liquidity, listings, or exchange access.

Future planned features such as optional integrations to decentralized exchanges or platform token utilities may be introduced, but are not financial guarantees or investment offerings.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old; and
  • You are legally permitted to use blockchain tools in your jurisdiction; and
  • You are not subject to sanctions, restricted lists, or applicable trade restrictions.

This Platform is primarily intended for users located in Europe, North America, and Singapore, but may be accessible globally where permitted by law.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful and compliant purposes.
  • Understand and assume full responsibility for blockchain risks.
  • Not use the Platform for fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorism financing, market manipulation, abusive activity, or any other unlawful purpose.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable taxes and regulations in their jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that all smart contracts and tokens deployed using the Platform are created at your own instruction and responsibility.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Methods

  • Cryptocurrency payments (e.g., ETH) are processed on-chain.
  • Fiat payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal).

4.2 Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain deployment, all payments are final and non-refundable, except for limited cases described below:

Cryptocurrency Payments (ETH and other tokens)

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Gas fees cannot be recovered
  • Smart contract deployment, once initiated, cannot be canceled

No refunds are provided for crypto payments.

PayPal / Card / Fiat Payments

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The service did not start, and
  • No smart contract deployment or automation process has been triggered

Eligible cases (case-by-case review):

  • Payment made but deployment not initiated ✅
  • System error preventing deployment ✅
  • Duplicate accidental purchase (with proof) ✅

Refunds for eligible cases may be subject to payment processor fees.

Non-eligible cases:

  • Deployment already started ❌
  • Deployment completed ❌
  • User error or wrong configuration ❌
  • Blockchain congestion or gas price fluctuations ❌
  • User changed their mind after payment ❌
  • User loss due to external markets ❌

Fraud, chargebacks, and abuse:
We reserve the right to deny refunds and restrict accounts for chargeback abuse, suspicious or fraudulent behavior, or attempts to exploit refunds.

Service availability:
Temporary downtime or maintenance does not qualify for refunds.

How to request a refund:
Contact memaoteam@gmail.com with order/transaction ID, wallet address (if crypto), reason, and supporting evidence. Responses typically within 5–10 business days.

5. No Custody & Wallet Security

MEMAO does not:

  • Hold, store, or manage user funds
  • Store private keys or seed phrases
  • Execute on-chain transactions without user authorization

Users are solely responsible for securing their wallets, private keys, and access credentials.

6. No Investment or Securities Offering

  • MEMAO is not an investment platform
  • Tokens generated via MEMAO are created by users and are not sponsored or endorsed by MEMAO
  • We do not promote tokens deployed through the Platform

Any future platform token (“MEMAO token”):

  • Is not a promise of profit, revenue share, investment return, or equity
  • May be distributed for utility, community incentives, or airdrops
  • May or may not be listed on decentralized exchanges
  • Does not imply a financial offering

Users must not rely on MEMAO for investment expectations.

7. Risk Disclosure

Blockchain activity involves risks including but not limited to:

  • Loss of funds due to wallet compromise
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain network failures or congestion
  • Regulatory changes
  • Volatility or loss of token value
  • Irreversible transactions

You acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

8. Prohibited Uses

The Platform may not be used for:

  • Illegal financial activity
  • Token scams or rug-pull schemes
  • Market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes
  • Terrorism financing or criminal activity
  • Automated exploitation or malicious software

Violations may result in immediate suspension.

9. Modifications & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.
Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MEMAO is provided “as-is” and “as-available”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not liable for losses arising from blockchain use, token deployment, exchange access, system failure, cyber attacks, or third-party actions

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration, where permitted by law.
