The Platform shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to hacking attacks, blockchain vulnerabilities, system failures, or governmental actions. Users must assess the risks associated with blockchain products independently.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the user’s jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the competent court in the Platform’s jurisdiction.
